Booking deadlines and complete stand construction

To all interested parties of SawExpo 2023 in Friedrichshafen:
I wish you all a healthy and successful year 2023.
After a shortage of raw materials and Corona, expensive gas and electricity prices are now following. We entrepreneurs are not allowed to rest. And decisions drag on.
That's why I made a new agreement with Messe Friedrichshafen.
Good news: SawExpo 2023 can be cancelled free of charge until 15 March.
I will do so if I come to the conclusion that the number and variety of exhibitors should not be sufficient.
For the reasons mentioned above, many companies were impressed and confident, but inhibited by doubts about the future.
In short: great interest, bookings good but too little. (I think)
Finally, I would also like to give all late deciders the opportunity to book until the end of May.
This results in a proposal in three stages:
Bookings until 15.03.2023 with 10% discount, so that the foundation is secured and all supporters benefit from it. (of course also applies to all previous bookings)
Bookings until 15.05.2023 according to list
Bookings from 15.05.2023 with surcharge in coordination with the exhibition company. This should make many things possible until shortly before the start.
And I also have very good news for you: We have agreed to cooperate with a stand builder who offers complete packages for our exhibitors.
