Tsune Europa Presents the New High-Performance Circular Saw TK2M-16GII at Sawexpo 2025
Tsune Europa will present the new TK2M-16GII high-performance circular saw for the first time at Sawexpo 2025 a profile saw that offers maximum precision, speed, and flexibility for industrial material cutting.
Equipped with a powerful saw drive (3.7 / 5.5 kW) and an infinitely adjustable speed range from 500 to 4,200 rpm, the TK2M-16GII sets new standards in processing a wide variety of materials. Material feeding is handled by a precise AC servo system (GFC) with a feed length of up to 450 mm and a feed speed of up to 45 m/min.
The machine processes material heights from 15 to 100 mm and material widths up to 600 mm, with stock lengths ranging from 1 to 6 meters. Cut-off lengths from 15 to 450 mm and a minimum trim cut of 10 mm allow for highly flexible production processes. Pneumatic clamping systems and a modern chip evacuation system (belt and suction) ensure efficient and clean operation.
By using thin-kerf saw blades with a cutting width of 2.0/2.5 mm, the machine not only conserves resources but also achieves significant cost savings.
A user-friendly 7-inch touch panel and a PLC-based control system ensure easy operation. The TK2M-16GII is also Industry 4.0-compatible, equipped with an integrated Ethernet interface, and can be optionally extended with a robot interface.
With compact dimensions of 280 cm x 284 cm x 215 cm and a weight of 2,300 kg, the TK2M-16GII is built robustly for continuous industrial use.
